Speilberg had his awards ceremony for school last Monday. And, yes that is him walking across the stage. What? You said that you can hardly see him, that he looks like a speck? Well . . . . that is because I am still trying to convince my husband of the necessity of getting a new lens for my camera. My current one, while it can manage light well, it is fixed and so I cannot zoom in. Another lens I tried could zoom in remarkably far, yet does not handle light well at all and so the camera would not even fire. . . . anyway, for now, trust me, its him.
And, we are so very proud of him. He received 4 awards for the year:
Perfect Attendance
Citizenship
Rockin' Reader for his class
and
Most Outstanding Boy for his class
Here he is with his teacher. We were so blessed to have a great teacher this year and we will all miss her next. We have already put the matter of his next teacher to much prayer.
