Well, I pulled it off! A few weeks ago I started orchestrating a surprise gathering with Shannon's management team from work to celebration of Shannon and his birthday. I cannot believe that we actually surprised him! It probably helped that it was not actually his birthday, his big day is actually on Monday. We all had fun time. The kids could hardly wait to eat the Peanut Butter Tart (Shannon's favorite).
