My Little Man

This morning after church, we were "loading" the kids in the car when I realized that I forgot something in church.  I sat my Bible on the bumper of the car and ran back inside to get my forgotten item.  When I came back to the car, the car was gone (Shannon was driving around to pick my up at the front).  I got in the car, and we all ran to Home Depot to pick something up really fast.  When we got back in the car, I asked Shannon where my Bible was.  When he replied, "What Bible?" I realized that he did not know that I left it on the bumper . . . . SO, to make a long story short (too late I know!), Braden says, "We got to go back to church to get it!"  Braden can be a little "bossy" sometimes, so Shannon calmly said, "Braden, you are not in charge."  To which Braden replied, "When I grow up and get married, and if my wife leaves her Bible at the church, I'll go back for her and get it."  He is so funny!  And, just to set your mind at ease, when we went back, my Bible was there as someone was kind enough to pick it up and bring it inside.
