This little guy is Sunshine's favorite critter. She has slept with him almost every night since she was 2. He is VERY WELL loved. Today, before she left for school, she sat him up on her bed to stay safe while she was away.
As I walked into her room after taking her and her brothers to school, I noticed who sweet he looked, just waiting for her return. Albeit, I am aware that he is not "real", but what little girl hasn't fantasized about what her toys do in her absence, or while she is sleeping? I am quite certain that all my stuffed animals I had as a girl had teddy bear parties while I slept.
I know that these days will not last much longer, so I treasure them all the more now.

Sweet picture. Ilea had a little doll like that too. And seriously, her bed looks amazing! I wish my kids' beds would look like that!
