"J" is for Jazz and being Just-not-sure

Sunshine had her first ballet and tap/jazz recital.  

Let's walk through the afternoon:

She comes out on stage and is a little apprehensive (there are about a thousand people watching her), but starts to dance anyway.

Then, she has a wardrobe malfunction with her hat and realized that it is a GREAT place to HIDE from said thousand people!

She takes a peek every once in a while . . . 

 

But, basically just hides!

Until she gets pushed off the stage by the other girls!

Intermission and costume change!

Mommy shows Sunshine pictures of her hiding and says that everyone out there will see her whether she dances or not and that it was her choice for them to see her as a pretty ballerina, or a little girl who wouldn't dance, she had only ONE chance to show everyone what a beautiful dancer she is.

Second Half . . . . 

She goes on stage with her class.

And what a beautiful ballerina she is!

Even afterwards, still just-not-sure about the whole thing.

She says that she wants to do gymnastics!
