"I" is for Ice Pops

We got a fancy new ice pop machine!

The great thing is that you can put in all the ingredients you want and then have Ice Pops in only 6 minutes!  It stores in your freezer to use whenever you'd like.  Pretty nifty!  The kids ASK for these over regular pop-cycles and they are soooo good for them.  I'm delighted to let them eat them.  No high-fructose corn syrup!  No hydrogenated oils, No palm oils, No MSG, No Modified Food Starch!

Just fresh fruit, yogurt, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar.

What a yummy treat for all of us!

Of course, we can try many other things, but we're off to a good start.

We might try some Chai Latte ones in the future . . .

YUMM!
