My Sweet Friend AND Overly-Generous Friend, Katie, gave me these pots, dirt and seeds for my birthday last month. I love to see little spouts peek up for the first time through the dirt and grim in which they have been hidden in darkness for oh so many days!
And then, only a few days later, they are even bigger and stronger!
One of the things that struck me is that these little guys are in the dark . . . they NEED the dark in order to start growing. Can you imagine how they feel when the first peek out of the dirt to which they have grown accustomed? Look, just look how they are growing toward the light!
I love it!

For the first time . . . I feel like I should be cheering for a little plant :) Go towards the light little plant! They are too cute! Some good thoughts.
