It is so difficult to believe, but three years ago today our little princess joined our family. Today we celebrated that arrival! She is such a delight to us every day and I am honored to have her entrusted to me for the relatively few years in which I will be responsible for her safety and mental and spiritual growth. Truly a blessing! Here are some pictures of our celebration. The theme of her party was Princess: she is our princess now and after she accepts The King of Kings, Jesus Christ, as her Lord and Saviour of her life, she will become a true princess with the inheritance and a crown and the dwelling in the everlasting Kingdom.
Happy Birthday, Precious One!
The set up for the party. I know, we live in "The South", but I still cannot get into tulle! It is just a little too chatchki for me.
There is a banner above the fireplace, but it is difficult to see in the main pictures, this "M" is a close-up.
Opening gifts
The princess with her "jewels"!
Unveiling of her doll house.
She loved it!
Cake time!
She wanted to blow out the candles before we even started singing!
Blow out candles and eat cake? We really ought to cut it first, Sweetie (no pun intended ;) )
I get to put up 3 fingers now! YEAH!
