ARE YOU SERIOUS?

Last year at this time I did not know what to do with myself because it was the first year in which I had not been either pregnant or nursing over the 1st 7 years. NOW, I don't know what to do with myself because it now looks like we are finished with diapers!!!!  We have been buying  and/or washing (yes, all or our children have spent some time in cloth diapers . . . an environmental thing . . . before it became "green") diapers every month for the last almost 7 years!  WOW!  At one time we had 3 in diapers and spending over $150 a month.  So, we are tickled that Kenzie is now out of diapers!!!! Hip, hip, hurray!  

One cute story is that while we were "practicing" using the potty after an "accident", which includes going back and forth to the potty 10 times while pulling down the undies, sitting down, standing up and then pulling up the undies again, we were on our 7th or 8th practice run and as I am talking Mackenzie through the procedure, she is in a half-way squat, puts her hand up like saying, "stop", and says, "Okay, okay, okay, calm down."  It was so cute.  It took everything in me to not laugh.  She is a delight to us!
