"D" is for Date . . . Lunch Date, That Is!

Our family has been so blessed to have wonderful teachers for our children.  And, just about any mom can agree, that although all teacher are important, the Kindergarten teacher is pivotal.  The Kindergarten teacher is the first teacher to whom we hand our children, the first teacher who will set the foundation for our children's academic career and the first teacher who helps US learn our new role as mom to a school-aged child.  Both Speilberg and Socrates had the same Kindergarten teacher and we are so very fortunate to experience her in our lives.  My heart is so saddened that little Sunshine will not be able to have her for her Kindergarten teacher as The Lord is moving us before that would be able to happen.
Today we were so excited to meet with Ms. H. for lunch before we depart Tennessee a week from today!  Boo-Hoo!  Such a sad time for us for many reasons, one of which is that we will ALL miss the lovely lady in this picture immensely!

Mrs. H, Thank you so much for loving our boys as well as you have, you are a remarkable teacher and person!

WE LOVE YOU!
