Pricked and Poked Well Over 100 Times!
Well . . . I had my appointment with the allergist today and after SEVERAL allergy and skin tests . . . I am allergic to . . . . NOTHING! So . . . on to the dermatologist next week. Thanks for your prayers. Kind of funny that once my boys used to cry every time they saw a needle, wether it was for them, their sister or me. Now, Kelan is right in there seeing how everything works. One nurse even let him help take my blood at my last appointment! He loved it. Even today when they brought out the trays, yes that is plural of needles he started counting the needles. Yep, I'm a pin cushion. He did say several times, however, "I sure hope that I don't have to do that when I grow up!" I hope that he doesn't have to either.

Oh, Karie, I'm so sorry about this. Even Caleb has not had to deal with that many pokes! At our last appointment, we weren't supposed to do any testing, but decided to do it while we were there. Major meltdown! Caleb has never been fearful of the poking, until that moment. (Probably lack of pre-notification had a lot to do with it.) Anyway, I'm sorry for the lack of information. Hope the dermotologist sheds some light.
