Kelan turned 4 on September 12. If you now ask him how old he is, he will say that he is almost 5! Kelan got to pick the events for the entire day. So, we awoke and he had pancakes and french toast. After taking Braden to school, we got to play baseball outside and draw with sidewalk chalk on the sidewalk. We went to the Library and picked up more of his favorite books (SkippyJon Jones) and then we wanted to browse through Toys-R-Us. Then, we had lunch at the restaurant of HIS choice, McDonald's. For an extra treat, he got to play in the play area there. Then, off to home for a nap and then to pick up Braden. Kelan was also able to chose his own dinner, macaroni and cheese and pizza, with pop. He theme was BUGS, so instead of a cake he got a big pot of dirt. He thought it was great! After "cake" as presents and then the grand finale, his big boy bike! Driving like a champ he peddled until dark. We all had a wonderful day! Happy Birthday, Kelan!
